Mushroom cultivation depends on sterile technique, grain and substrate prep, and your growing environment.
Because of that, we can’t guarantee harvests or yields. What we can guarantee is that you are starting with strong, carefully prepared genetics.
Refunds & Replacements
We’ll take care of you if:
- Your culture arrives contaminated
- Your syringe is damaged or unusable
- You receive the wrong item
We can’t cover:
- Contamination introduced during your process
- Poor results caused by environmental conditions
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Orders after they’ve been shipped
