Shipping & Arrival Policy

Clear expectations for how your cultures are prepared, shipped, received, and stored.

Shipping

• Shipping is a flat $8.00 per order within the U.S. Orders of $50 or more ship free with code FREESHIP50, entered at the shipping step of checkout. We don’t currently ship to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific (APO/FPO/DPO military addresses).
• Local pickup is not available.
• Orders ship to the address entered at checkout, so please review it carefully before ordering.
• In-stock cultures usually dispatch in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order cultures usually take 2–3 weeks to prepare; contact us first to confirm availability. These are processing estimates, not delivery dates.
• Tracking information is sent when your order ships.
• Carrier or severe-weather delays may affect delivery timing after a package leaves our care.

Plan for Delivery

Track your package and bring it indoors promptly. A culture suited to warm growing conditions can still be damaged by a hot mailbox, direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures. If your grow has a deadline, confirm availability and dispatch timing before ordering.

When Your Culture Arrives

• Inspect the syringe and packaging promptly after delivery.
• Storage depends on the species. Do not refrigerate Pink Oyster culture; keep it at room temperature away from direct sun and heat. Refrigerate other cultures unless their label gives different instructions. Do not freeze any culture.
• If an item is leaking, damaged, incorrect, or appears contaminated, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description.
